Random Randomness

It's been one of those days where my thoughts have been everywhere and I just need a place to put them all together, so I can debrief. So you get to see into my mind and help me debrief.

• Got back from California late last night. I had a blast. Steve, my oldest brother, was down from Fargo, ND and we had a great time together. I love to have the family all together and it makes me wish we all lived closer, but since we all love where we live it might just never happen.
• We need a church name. Got any? Things are coming together and my grand vision is starting to have a strong foundation to stand on. We have some big decisions in the next couple of weeks. Still waiting on God for the other members of the Senior Pastor Team.
• We're lacking with EXPONENTIAL 08. But God will provided to go. I have no doubt. Really, I don't.
• God has really been shaping me the last couple of weeks and I'm totally stoked for what He has in store for me. I desire to be one in likeness to Christ. I've always said that in my life, but now I mean it and I can't describe to you the peace I have in Him.
• I think I miss teaching. I don't think I'm any good at it on a large scale and I've always felt inadequate in that position. But I've always done it, because I was supposed to. Not because I like to. But I really miss it. I was created to teach, among other things, but defiantly to teach. Thank you God for stretching me and gifting my in how you have.
• How do you teach in a way that people realize they have a need for a desperate change?
  
• I've missed to Horton kids. I really have. I don't see them as much as I used to and it's starting to wear on me. Didn't help being out of town the last couple of day.
  
• I start at Apple on Saturday. I have training all weekend. FYI: my birthday is Sunday.
• I need to get back to reading. I have really been lacking the last couple of weeks.
• Meeting with a couple of guys this week. I always enjoy hanging out with friends and shooting the breeze. I have an agenda for the meetings, but still cool.
• I have tickets to the Avs/Coyotes game Friday. Cam and I are going. Should be totally sweet!
