After months and months of hard work and countless hours. We have finally come to a conclusion. My faithful blog readers will be the first to hear this amazing news. So without further adu (is that how you spell that?)....

Let me introduce to you for the every first time. I new church plant in the northwest valley of Phoenix Arizona. A church with a vision to impact our communities lives and to see thousands transformed by Christ's love and message of salvation...


We are still pushing forward, but I feel we have hit some kind of roadblock. Please be praying for Ridge Point and praying for the senior pastors that have called to serve here. We are still looking for 3: Strategic Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Family Pastor. Know anyone? :)

Please be praying as well for us as we start the ground work for our church. We will be starting the Launch Plan this coming month: Growth Plan, Financial Plan, Marketing Plan, Assimilation Plan, Discipleship Plan and our Community Plan.

I know it's a lot of plans. I look at it from time to time and go...are you serious. Most church plants don't get that detailed. But God has given us HUGE mountain to move and if that mountain is going to be moved we need to be ready from the start to handle that amount of people renewed by Jesus.

Pray for John and I the week of the 20th. We will be attending our first conference of many conferences. Ask that God speaks truth to our hearts and souls. Ask that God speaks to places in our lives that need to change so He can totally work through us.
